• All eligible contestants must have had their music videos shot and released between January 2005 and November 2007.

• Only mini DV and or Sony DV Cam tapes should be submitted along with entry forms.

• Videos containing obscenities are barred from contention.

• All entries should be sent to No. 9 Toyin Street Ikeja-Lagos or any of the following media houses: AIT/Raypower stations nationwide, Minaj Broadcast International (MBI), Silverbird TV/Rhythm Fm stations, NTA 2 Channel 5, and all Vanguard News paper outlets nationwide.

• The list of final nominees will be publicized and all contestants duly notified
